Phill Hopkins | The Tetley and Tower Works Commission

Phill Hopkins has been shortlisted to create a new public artwork for Leeds' Southbank.
The Tetley Leeds and Legal & General are delighted to share proposals by Phill Hopkins and three other artists.
If successful, Hopkins will be invited to develop this proposal into an artwork for a large wall measuring
300 square metres on the south west face of the Mustard Wharf building, which sits within the Tower Works
community. The artwork will be unveiled in summer 2023.
